Crested Butte Part 3
Bryant, Ida and I made our way to the Black Canyon. It was beautiful!!!
fun fact: the black canyon can fit 2 empire state buildings stacked on top of each other
I rocked a beast of a puzzle- ok... grumps did most of it and i scored a piece or two.
Slogars... mmmmmmmmm so good!

Crested Butte Part 1
From Aspen we drove to Crested Butte to meet up with the Langbeins.
Thank goodness we reunited with Ida! And bought Bennet some Western State gear- in honor of Aunt Uma's alma mater.
We took the Silver Queen lift up Mt. Crested Butte for lunch.
You can see the Maroon Bells from the top of CB (see Aspen entry).
Bryant and I made the smart decision to hike down the mountain. After some serious sunburn and burning hammys... we made it!
We visited Mt. Langbein too!
Uma made Bennet the cutest pumpkin hat ever!
