First Day of School

OK, so somehow we are back to "catch-up" time.

Bennet started back at school for the fall (a month ago). She was so excited to "play with friends" and Ida was a beaming parent sending her off.

Meet the newest addition to the Lee family... The Pirate. Our first "mommy car" comes in the form of a Honda Pilot. For those Gilbert & Sullivan/Pirates of Penzance buffs out there- you will appreciate the reason we have named him "The Pirate."

Danielle's Etsy Shop

Let me tell you what my friend Danielle is up to. Maybe you've heard of her, she is kind of a big deal.

She recently graduated with an MFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Iowa in May. She setting up a studio and working to establish her fine art career in Southern California. As a way to support herself, she set up an Etsy Shop under the name Alexandra Shade for commissioned paintings that will help sustain her independent studio practice. She offers commissioned Oil on Panel child and dog portraits but is open to specialized requests.
